On a monthly basis, 311 publishes statistics on average number of contacts handled, average speed of answer in seconds, and number of service requests submitted each month.

Number of Contacts: The average number of calls and emails received by the 311 Contact Center per day
Average Wait Time: The average amount of time a customer waited on hold before being connected with an agent to assist them

311 Service Requests 

Number of Service Requests: The total number of service requests entered per month. Service requests are reports of issues entered either by the public or by an agent at 311 to be addressed by The City of Minneapolis.
Top Service Requests: The top ten service request types that were entered within the specified date range
